At BONDI BORN, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made the return process simple and flexible, because timeless style should come with peace of mind.
How to Initiate a Return
Visit our Returns Portal.
Enter your order number (beginning with #INT) and the email address used to place the order.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and your reason for return.
Once submitted, you will receive a pre-paid return label and instructions on how to arrange a drop-off or pickup near you.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, in as-new condition, and free from marks, stains or damage.
All hygiene stickers and swing tags must be intact and attached.
Sale items discounted by 50% or more are marked Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Return Fees
USA: Returns are free of charge.
Rest of World: A handling fee the equivalent of US$20 will be deducted from your refund.
No fee applies if you opt for an Exchange or Store Credit.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue you a discount code worth 115% of your return value and a free shipping code.
