Return Fee
For US orders, a US$10 restocking fee per item will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
For the rest of the world, a US$20 handling fee + US$10 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund.
No fee applies if you opt for an Exchange

To organise an international return, please visit our International Returns & Exchanges Portal. Provide your order number and your email address to begin your return and we will provide you with a return shipping label that comes with tracking.
It is important you use the return shipping label provided to ensure your returning item is trackable and delivered safely. We cannot take responsibility for any parcels lost or damaged in transit that aren't shipped using our return shipping label.
