What is your international return policy?Updated a month ago

At BONDI BORN, we are committed to exceptional quality and service. If your order isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return eligible items for a refund or store credit, under the terms outlined below.

Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to facilitate direct exchanges through our international online store.

If you wish to receive a different size, colour, or style, we kindly recommend returning your original item for a full refund or store credit(with 15% bonus value), and placing a new order for your preferred item. This approach ensures you don’t miss out on availability while allowing for a smooth resolution.

Returns

  • Full-priced items may be returned for a refund or store credit(with 15% bonus value).

  • Sale items discounted by 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

  • Other sale items may be returned for store credit only.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in as-new condition, unworn, and free from marks or damage.

  • All hygiene labels and swing tags must remain fully intact and attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Return Fee

- Returns from the USA are free. 

- Returns from the rest of the world a handling fee of US$20 will be deducted from your refund.
