Free, Fast DHL Shipping

We offer free shipping to most countries around the world using DHL Express. A tracking number will be emailed and your order should arrive within 2 - 7 business days. Deliveries to the USA typically take 2 - 4 business days.

All Duties & Taxes Included:

Shipping, duties, or taxes to the USA and most major countries are fully included in the price shown at check-out. We state our guarantee at checkout that no additional duties or taxes will be payable on delivery. Outside of the USA and most major countries, a small number of countries charge local duties or taxes that need to be paid by the recipient on delivery. If this is the case for your country it will be clearly stated at checkout. Use the "Country Switcher" tool at the very bottom of the page to select your country if it isn’t showing your local currency.

Signature Required for Delivery:

Our DHL Express shipping is provided with tracking and, for your security, requires a signature for the goods to be received. If you work on all business days, please may consider having your parcel delivered to your place of work or to a place where someone you trust can sign for it.

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credits:

At BONDI BORN, we take pride in our premium designer pieces and understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a refund in accordance with our policy.

For US orders, a US$10 restocking fee per item will apply and will be deducted from your refund.

For the rest of the world, a US$20 handling fee + US$10 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, return shipping is complimentary, covered by BONDI BORN.

115% refund applies if you opt for store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from marks or damage.
• All hygiene labels and swing tags must be intact and attached.
• Items marked as Final Sale (purchased at 50% off or more) are not eligible for return or exchange.
• For exchanges, return shipping is complimentary, covered by BONDI BORN.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or wrongly described, you may request an exchange or full refund. All faulty items will be assessed by our team before processing.

To Request at Return:

REQUEST A RETURN BY CLICKING HERE. Enter your order number, beginning with #INT and your email address. Once you have lodged your return, you will receive an email from us with a free shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your return back to us. The payment method you used for the purchase will be used to process the refund. The refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours of receiving your return and you will be notified by email when it is processed. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. Like your purchase, your refund will appear on your statement as coming from Global-e.
