International orders are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive between 2–7 business days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. If your parcel appears delayed, please consider the following:

Allow for additional time during public holidays or peak sale periods
In some cases, parcels may experience customs delays, which are unfortunately outside of our control
