I received a faulty or incorrect item — what should I do?Updated 2 months ago

We take exceptional care in the design, production, and inspection of every BONDI BORN garment. However, in the rare case that you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we ask that you notify our Customer Care team as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

To ensure a swift resolution, please include the following information in your enquiry:

  • Your order number(beginning with #INT)

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs that illustrate the fault or incorrect item

If the item is confirmed as faulty or not as described, we will be pleased to offer you the choice of a full refund or store credit(with 15% bonus value), in line with our return policy. Please note that delivery charges, duties, taxes, or any other fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
