If you’ve noticed an error in your shipping address, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to correct the address for you.
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it. In this case, you may be able to update your delivery details directly with DHL using their On Demand Delivery service, available via your tracking link.
