At BONDI BORN, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made the return process simple and flexible, because timeless style should come with peace of mind.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Visit our Returns Portal.

2. Enter your order number (beginning with #INT) and the email address used to place the order.

3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and your reason for return.

4. Once submitted, you will receive a pre-paid return label and instructions on how to arrange a drop-off or pickup near you.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, in as-new condition, and free from marks, stains or damage.

• All hygiene stickers and swing tags must be intact and attached.

• Sale items discounted by 50% or more are marked Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Return Fees

• For US orders, a US$10 restocking fee per item will apply and will be deducted from your refund.

• For the rest of the world, a US$20 handling fee + US$10 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

• No fee applies if you opt for an Exchange

• 115% refund applies on Store Credits

If the fit or style isn’t quite right, we’d love to help you find your perfect piece. Choose an exchange or store credit and receive a 15% bonus value.

Here's how:

1. Submit your return via our Returns Portal.

2. Email our Customer Care team at [email protected], quoting your order number.

3. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue you a discount code worth 115% of your return value.
