Can I exchange an item?Updated 19 days ago

Yes, exchanges are free and can be made through our international returns portal.

We also offer the option of returning your item in exchange for a store credit (with 15% bonus credit), provided it meets our return eligibility criteria. You may then place a new order to secure your desired item.

To qualify for a return:

  • Your return must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in as-new condition, unworn, and free from marks or damage.

  • All hygiene labels and swing tags must remain attached and intact.

  • Final Sale items (discounted by 50% or more) are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply go to our Returns Portal and enter your order number (beginning with #INT) and the email address used to place your order.
