Can I exchange an item?Updated a month ago

At this time, we are unable to facilitate direct exchanges through our international returns portal.

If you would like a different size, colour, or style, we kindly recommend return the original item for a store credit (with 15% bonus credit), provided it meets our return eligibility criteria. You may then place a new order to secure your desired item. 

To qualify for a return:

  • Your return must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in as-new condition, unworn, and free from marks or damage.

  • All hygiene labels and swing tags must remain attached and intact.

  • Final Sale items (discounted by 50% or more) are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

To initiate a return, simply go to our Returns Portal and enter your order number (beginning with #INT) and the email address used to place your order.
