All international orders are packed and shipped from our Sydney warehouse within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays). Orders are delivered via DHL Express, with estimated delivery times between 2 and 7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping is complimentary above a certain order value. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate will apply. The table below is for reference only — the exact shipping fee for your order will be displayed at checkout in your local currency.

All orders are tracked and require a signature on delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your item. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, DHL will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
